  • Vacuuming/sweeping and mop floors
  • Load & running dishwasher (1 load only) or empty dishwasher (upon request)

DOES NOT INCLUDE CLEANING SPOTS FROM CABINETS DOORS AND HANDLES, SCRUBBING KITCHEN FLOORS, CLEANING INSIDE MICROWAVES, CLEANING INSIDE TOASTER OVEN, WIPING DOWN INSIDE EMPTY CABINETS AND DRAWERS.

Bathroom:
  • Cleaning and disinfecting all accessible surfaces
  • Cleaning spots on cabinet doors and handles
  • Cleaning and disinfecting showers/tubs (hair removal included)
  • Cleaning and disinfecting toilets inside and out
  • Cleaning and disinfecting doorknobs and switch plates
  • Wiping all fixtures
  • Cleaning sinks and wiping all faucets
  • Sweeping and damp mopping floor
  • Cleaning mildew and grout areas that can be safely removed

Bedroom:
  • Dusting furniture (accessible areas)
  • Vacuuming and mopping (non-carpet) floors
  • Changing sheets (upon request – please leave them out on top of the bed)
  • Making beds (upon request)

Common area:
  • Dusting all accessible surfaces
  • Dusting and hand wiping furniture tops
  • Dusting baseboards, chair rails, tables, and door panels

  • A light dusting of the blinds

  • Dusting lamp and lampshades
  • Dusting and cleaning mirrors and glass fixtures
  • Dusting light switches, TV & other monitors (not screens)
  • Emptying all trash, take out garbage and recycling

DOES NOT INCLUDE damp wiping baseboards, damp wiping door panels and frames, vacuuming upholstered furniture, removing cowebs, cleaning under the couch and other furniture (within reach), cleaning interior windows and windowsills (within reach).
