Kitchen/Dining Room:
  • Thorough cleaning of the refrigerator
  • Complete cleaning of the stove/oven
  • Elimination of grease/grime from the range hood, range top, front, and doors
  • Full cleaning of the microwave
  • Wiping the interiors and exteriors of cabinets and drawers
  • Cleaning, washing, and rinsing of all countertops and sinks, including under the sink
  • Vacuuming and mopping the floors
  • Wiping all switches, outlets, and dimmers

Please be aware that certain odors may become deeply embedded in cabinets and might necessitate multiple cleaning sessions. Watermarks and rings are permanent on counters. Our team will identify any grout damage caused by water minerals, stains, or discoloration on appliances, sinks, counters, and cabinets.

Bathroom:
  • Eliminate cobwebs
  • Remove soap scum and blemishes from the bathtub
  • Scrub and sanitize shower floors and tub
  • Thoroughly clean, disinfect, and rinse the sink, including surrounding areas
  • Clean both the interior and exterior of the medicine cabinet, including the mirror and door
  • Disinfect, scrub, and eliminate stains from the toilet inside and out
  • Clean external fan vent covers
  • Vacuum and mop the floors
  • Wipe down all switches, outlets, and dimmers
  • Clean both sides of the doors

Stubborn hard water marks on fixtures and shower doors may necessitate multiple cleaning sessions. Stained grout may require recaulking or replacing silicone due to underlying mold. Discolored or damaged tubs and shower floors may continue to appear stained despite cleaning efforts. Persistent stains may need several cleaning sessions for significant reduction or complete removal.

Bedroom, Living Room & Common areas:
  • Eliminate cobwebs
  • Dust ceiling fans
  • Dust window blinds or shutters using a swiffer/duster
  • Disinfect and wipe down handrails
  • Thoroughly clean all closets, shelves, cabinets, and drawers
  • Clean both sides of doors
  • Vacuum all carpeted areas
  • Wipe down all baseboards
  • Vacuum and mop the floors
NOT INCLUDED IN OUR SERVICES:
  • Wiping blinds or shutters by hand
  • Removing adhesive kitchen cabinet liners
  • Cleaning Walls
  • Interior and exterior window cleaning
  • Packing personal items and relocating valuables, electronics, or heavy furniture
  • Removing paint spills
  • Cleaning the interior of furniture

If a residence is not fully vacant and prepared for cleaning upon our arrival, additional charges will apply. Prior to our visit, please ensure the completion of the following tasks:

  • Empty all bedrooms, including closets, cabinets, and drawers.
  • Empty all refrigerators and freezers.
  • Confirm all furniture has been relocated.
  • Ensure the departure of all individuals (movers, tenants, etc.) from the premises.
